We have a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking candidate to join our Paid Media team in Headingley, Leeds. Reporting to the Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for the management, development, optimisation, recommendations, and analysis of paid media activity as part of a knowledgeable and passionate team. We are flexible regarding level of experience, but a minimum of 2 years agency experience in paid media is required to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of your clients
- Work closely alongside the wider account and channel teams to achieve client objectives
- Nurture strong client relationships and represent Fusion to a high professional standard
- Develop integrated, performance-led paid media strategies aligned to client objectives
- Prepare and attend face-to-face client meetings and weekly conference calls
- Keep clients informed of market changes and trends
- Maintain a keen understanding of your client’s marketplace
Account Responsibilities
- Ownership of paid accounts (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, etc.) in line with client objectives, including setup, tracking, optimisation, budgets, daily management, and reporting
- Liaise with and manage partners where required
- Ensure time management meets deadlines
- Ensure reporting is accurate and analyse data to inform strategy and provide insights
- Delegate tasks to a team of execs and contribute to their training
- Effectively integrate promotional planning into paid campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of the whole online marketing mix and how each channel works together
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years agency experience in Paid Media
- Up-to-date knowledge of PPC
- Google Advertising Professional certification
- Google Analytics experience
- Meta Ads experience (essential; other social ads platform experience is a plus)
- Excellent numeric and written skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads efficiently
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and handling data
- Strong attention to detail
- Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to learn
