Role & Responsibilities
- Manage 4 to 8 high-stakes accounts, taking full ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and growth targets
- Apply expert knowledge of Google and Meta Ads to develop and adjust bid strategies, optimize budget allocations, and execute performance adjustments for maximum ROI
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly client meetings, present budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering clear, data-backed insights and proactive strategic recommendations
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting narratives, surfacing meaningful performance stories
- Identify account risks and opportunities early and drive proactive solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client success
- Support the growth and development of Account Strategists and Coordinators on your pod
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within a high-growth agency or performance-driven environment
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of driving measurable campaign success
- Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and lead client conversations with confidence and clarity
- Experience managing complex accounts in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to excellence
- A history of proven achievements, in and outside of professional settings, that demonstrate top-performer caliber
