Our expertise spans business-to-business engagement, phone banking programs, peer-to-peer texting, canvassing initiatives, and meticulous organizational oversight.
About the role
You will play a crucial role in our efforts to mobilize and empower voters in specific U.S. based states and territories. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with community members, provide them with accurate and relevant information about upcoming elections, candidates, and important ballot measures, and encourage them to participate in the electoral process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to directly impact the local community, promote civic participation, and contribute to the democratic process.
Responsibilities

- Encourage voter participation in the electoral process
Requirements
- Ability to read and write
- Access to reliable transportation
- Completion of a High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work every day as assigned
- Physical ability to walk and/or stand for 5-8 hours a day
Qualifications
- Previous experience in political and/or electoral engagement (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of field strategy, targeting, and metrics (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of Canvassing Software and Platforms (preferred)
Pay
$22 - $27 per hour (varies by role and project)
Schedule
- August 2026 to November 2026 (Election Cycle)
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
