About the role

The Voter Education Project seeks to mobilize and empower voters in specific U.S. based states and territories during the 2026 election cycle. As a Canvasser, you will engage with community members, provide accurate and relevant information about upcoming elections, candidates, and important ballot measures, and encourage voter participation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members to educate them on upcoming elections, candidates, and ballot measures.
• Provide accurate and relevant information to encourage voter participation.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Professional, diligent, organized, self-starter, and capable of working autonomously.
• Previous experience and knowledge within political and electoral engagement roles are a plus.

Qualifications

• The ability to write and read.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work every day as assigned.
• Physical ability to walk and/or stand for 5-8 hours a day.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of field strategy, targeting, and metrics.
• Knowledge and experience of Canvassing Software and Platforms.

Pay

$22 - $27 per hour (Role & Project Based, Varies)
