About the role
Responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website. Key responsibilities include campaign setup, ad copywriting, audience targeting, analytics tracking, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEM and social media advertising strategies aligned with business goals
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to engage target audiences
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising, preferably in SEM and social media
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major social media platforms
- Experience with SEO and content marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
