About the Role

Develop publicly available information and social media content to support the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment. Produce realistic, scenario-driven digital content aligned with SOF training objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop publicly available information and social media content to support the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment.
  • Produce realistic, scenario-driven digital content aligned with SOF training objectives.
  • Integrate PAI/SM analysis into training materials to enhance operational relevance.
  • Support the creation and delivery of instructional modules for SOF personnel.
  • Collaborate with training staff, scenario developers, and intelligence professionals to ensure accuracy and operational authenticity.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree; 6 years of related military experience may substitute.
  • Graduate of a U.S. military Basic/Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.
  • Expert OSINT/PAI gathering.
  • Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into Operational Intelligence.
  • Expert developing instruction programs/training modules.
  • SOF assignment—Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation (SOA), or Special Mission units—OR Military Intelligence (MI).
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate experience in the digital domain for open source, social media, and internet research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year of MRX experience.
  • Adobe Dreamweaver proficiency.

Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC. SECRET clearance required.
