About the role
IDS is seeking a PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to support operational planning, analysis, and training objectives through the integration of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Publicly Available Information (PAI).
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Publicly Available Information (PAI)
- Support planning, analysis, and exercise effects development
- Develop instructional programs and training modules
- Conduct research utilizing open-source, social media, and internet-based resources
- Sustain Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) planning and execution activities
Requirements
- Secret clearance
- Associate degree or six years of related military experience may substitute for academic degree
- Graduate from one of the following U.S. military courses: Basic and/or Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course
- Expert knowledge of gathering Open-Source Intelligence and Publicly Available Information (OSINT/PAI)
- Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI and related technologies into operational intelligence for planning, analysis, and exercise effects
- Expert knowledge of developing instruction programs or training modules
- Assignment to Special Operations Forces (Special Forces, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Special Mission Units) or assignment to Military Intelligence
- Minimum of three years of corporate experience working in the digital domain using open source, social media, and the internet for research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis
- Detailed expertise and past performance with multiple technologies used to understand and exploit the digital domain with operational relevance
Qualifications
- One year of experience researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX)
- Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver
