About the role
We are seeking a Page Six Column Intern (24 hrs/week) to immerse yourself in celebrity news, pop culture, and entertainment journalism. This is an opportunity for a passionate, creative individual obsessed with celebrities and eager to contribute to fast-paced, exciting journalism.
This internship runs from September 14, 2026 – November 20, 2026 and is open to current juniors, seniors, MA students, and recent graduates (degree completed within the past year). The position requires in-office attendance at our Midtown Manhattan office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Page Six team to brainstorm and pitch ideas for breaking news, features, and photo galleries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as transcribing and research to support reporters.
- Write engaging stories covering pop culture, celebrity news, and entertainment trends.
- Track and follow trending topics in the celebrity world to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Strong news judgment with the ability to identify and prioritize important stories.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, engaging content.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
- Genuine passion for celebrity culture, entertainment, and pop culture.
- Highly attuned to trending topics and emerging stories in entertainment.
Pay
Base pay range: $20/hour.
