About the Role
Landmark Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations. Landmark Surgery Center is an accredited facility recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Our commitment to excellence and service extends to our physician ownership.
Responsibilities
- Work in Pre-Op and Recovery Room
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care of patients in our ambulatory surgery center
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Active RN license in the state
- A minimum of one year of experience in critical care required; surgical setting experience and cardiac monitoring strongly desired
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Skills & Experience
Experience in a surgical setting, recovery room or critical care (ICU, ER, etc.) strongly desired.
Schedule
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.
