PACU Registered Nurse

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide inpatient care across various Post-Anesthesia Care Units (PACU), including Pediatric PACU, general PACU, and specialized units like the Eye Surgery Center. The role involves delivering direct patient care, performing assessments, managing pain and airway, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety. RNs will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, implement individualized care plans, and participate in emergency response and patient education. Leadership responsibilities include serving as a role model, guiding new staff, and assuming relief charge duties. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and unit-specific competencies. Preferred qualifications include a BSN, bilingual skills, and specialty certifications. The work environment involves exposure to biohazards and physical demands exceeding medium work.
