PACS Imaging Engineer

About the Role

Assists with analyzing, testing, and implementation of the Imaging environment and clinical system changes. Performs maintenance for the Imaging environment, including clinical applications. Utilizes clinical knowledge to evaluate application effectiveness. Develops documentation, knowledge-base articles, how-to guides, and training resources for the Imaging team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline, Education, or Information Technology preferred. May substitute sufficient on-the-job experience for some of the education.
• Five years of clinical experience, preferred.
• Experience working with physicians and other clinical practitioners, preferred.
• Licensure, certification, or registration as appropriate to the healthcare provider field preferred.
