PACS Administrator | Cardiac Cath Lab | Day | Full-Time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience in Radiology and PACS preferred
• Strong computer background
• Ability to troubleshoot software programs
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required

• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Project management skills
• SQL Reporting
• Epic Radiant knowledge
• St Jude EP system support
• Understanding of Clinical Epic workflow for troubleshooting and first line support for all clinical staff
• Windows 10 knowledge and administration for first line desktop support to reduce downtime
• Understanding of Philips Epic US carts for configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity and EA setup
• Knowledge of IT networking principles and concepts and ability to troubleshoot connectivity
• Understanding of HL7 and interfaces
• Ability to work with multiple teams across IT and maintenance
