What You'll Do...Oversee daily packing operations and guide team members to meet production targetsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming goods; match with purchase orders and document discrepanciesPackage finished goods using appropriate materials, ensuring protection, labeling, and accurate documentationOperate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, hand pallet jacks, packaging machines, and weight scales in accordance with all OSHA and Vomela safety standardsMonitor inventory levels for packaging materials; assist with physical inventory counts and restockingEnsure accurate entry of labor hours and maintain records, logs, and quality standardsCollaborate with leadership to set schedules, assign tasks, and resolve workflow issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company policiesOther duties as assigned Requirements What You'll Bring...High school diploma or equivalentWarehouse or receiving experience in a production environmentForklift certification or ability to become certifiedStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsBasic math and measurement skills; ability to read work orders and packing instructionsFamiliarity with basic computer tasks (email, some knowledge of Excel)Ability to adapt to change and work under pressureAbility to accurately compute proportional measurements and spacing using a ruler or tape measure Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time OffShort Term & Long-Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness Resources
