About the Role

To optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity and accuracy by classifying shipping options according to pick-up schedules (e.g., packing, picking, and shipping).

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshoot exceptions to allow the team to continue processing.
• Develop expert abilities in all inbound tasks.
• Test new process improvements.
• Benchmark and evaluate employees.
• Order supplies for the team when necessary.
• Provide daily productivity reports.
• Perform department-specific tasks (e.g., packing – working alongside inbound and outbound teams).

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging, and leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and email.
• Experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Bilingual (Spanish & English).
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above).
• Dependable and works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
