This role involves inspecting doughnuts for quality, working closely with the production team to meet daily packing goals and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety standards are essential to this role.* **Key Responsibilities:** - Packer 220:** ```{=html} ``` - Pack 220 slots on the trays within the daily specified timeframe.Packing Station Layout: Use the correct packing station layout.Route Tags: Use route tags and validate invoice numbers (route, rack, slot, page).Packing Accuracy: Ensure packing accuracy to eliminate shorts and extras. Work to reduce or eliminate waste.Pack cups and 6-packs according to production requirements.Clean up the packing station and take the dishes to the washroom.Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor. ```{=html} ``` - Packer 320:** ```{=html} ``` - Pack 320 slots on the trays within a specified timeframe.Packing Station Layout: Use the correct packing station layout.Route Tags: Use route tags and validate invoice numbers (route, rack, slot, page).Packing Accuracy: Ensure packing accuracy to eliminate shorts and extras.
