Responsibilities

• Packing freshly made chips into boxes with care and accuracy
• Assembling boxes, placing labels, and making sure everything’s sealed, stacked, and ship‑ready
• Double‑checking things like date codes, bag seals, weights, and stickers
• Helping monitor seasoning levels so every chip tastes just right
• Keeping your area clean and organized, and clearing out waste as needed
• Helping with repacking or reworking any product that needs a second look
• Using basic equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrapper, etc.) safely and correctly
• Documenting what you’ve packed, caught, or adjusted
• Communicating with your team when something’s off or needs attention
• Pitching in on clean‑up, sanitation, and team breaks throughout the shift

Requirements

• Comfort level working in a warm, fast‑paced, sometimes loud environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during 12‑hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail—even when the line is moving fast
• Willingness to follow safety and quality rules every single time
• Team‑player attitude and readiness to jump in wherever needed

Pay

$16.50 + $1.00 shift differential. Total compensation of $17.50 /hr.

Schedule

12‑hour shifts (active, on‑your‑feet work).
