Responsibilities
- Fill bags to required weights and palletize finished product
- Shrink-wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures
- Work closely with the production team
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
- Available to work rotating shifts
Work Environment
- Working in a fast-moving production environment
- Standing, lifting, and working around machinery
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Compliance with safety, PPE, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements
Pay
Starting Wage: $24.70/hr
