About the role

The immediate need is for Packers to support the manufacturing group by preparing boxes, visually inspecting product, loading product, and stacking finished cases. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boxes for loading and inspect product visually
• Load product onto pallets and stack finished cases
• Ensure efficient and quality-oriented production
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
• Able to stand for 10-12 hours
• Able to wear required PPE

Available shifts: 2-2-3

Schedule: 7:50 AM to 8:00 PM or 7:50 PM to 8:00 AM

Pay

Pay Range: $17.00 Plus a $1.00 Shift Differential - paid weekly
