Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect product while following all written quality, stacking, and safety procedures
• Work with production groups to meet production demands
• Visually inspect products for defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications
• Trim excess material from parts, using knives, and grind scrap plastic for reuse
• Ensure quality parts are produced and delivered on time that meet customer specifications
• Other items assigned by Manager

Knowledge, Skills And Proficiency

• Conduct tests and inspections of products, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
• Give full attention to what other people are saying, ability to take time to understand the points being made
• Determine causes of operating errors and resolution
• Able to time movement or the movements of a piece of equipment in anticipation of changes in the speed and/or direction of a moving object or scene
• Able to focus on a single source of sound in the presence of other distracting sounds

Education, Experience And Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement
• No prior experience or training required
• Able to read and write in English
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Working knowledge of measurement equipment

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
• The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Complete repetitive movements
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing & vision protection)
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders

Work Environment

• The Employee Should Possess The Ability To Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable
• Able to work around heat environment, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions

Pay is commensurate with experience.
