About the role

Osmo is a digital olfaction company dedicated to enhancing human life through automation and AI/ML. We are currently seeking a Packer to support our fragrance production operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation
• Blend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Transfer bulk formulas into final bottles or containers accurately and efficiently
• Apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards
• Assemble kits or multi-unit orders as required
• Packaged finished goods for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and proper protection
• Stage completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoff
• Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors
• Maintain clean and organized packaging workstations
• Adhere to safety procedures, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
• Comfortable handling liquids, bottles, and packaging materials
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a production team
• Reliable, efficient, and quality-focused
