About the Role

We are seeking a Packer to support our operation team by working safely in a fast-paced production warehouse environment. The Packer will inspect products for defects and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
• Keep up with the fast pace of production and maintain a clean work area.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed.
• Assist the Operator with set-up and/or changeover activities as directed.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Commitment to stay safe and continue learning and developing.

Pay

Starting rate: $18.75 per hour, plus a $0.50 to $1.00 shift differential for night shifts. Paid weekly.
