About the role

Packer – Now Starting at $17.00/hour South Pittsburg, TN

Responsibilities

• Remove castings from the seasoning line and perform a final quality inspection.
• Apply correct labels and packaging, close, and stack packages according to item specifications.
• Prepare pallets for wrapping and shipment.
• Operate packing, scanning, and wrapping equipment to keep product moving efficiently to the distribution center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Forklift license is advantageous!
