PACKER

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspects eggs prior to packing to ensure they are clean and not cracked
• Notifies supervisor of excessive dirty and/or cracked eggs
• Packs eggs into cases or boxes
• Checks dates on cartons to ensure they are correct and legible
• Clean transfer pans and glasses at the end of the shift
• Removes cracked and/or broken eggs
• Removes large dirty eggs
• SQF compliant
• Helps drive all of BFF’s Environment Management Systems (EMS)

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must possess the ability to work in an agricultural environment, indoors, outdoors, office, warehouse, processing, and farm production areas each varying in temperature, odor and other environment specific atmospheres.
