Signing bonus of $1,500: $500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, and the remaining $500 after one year of employment!

About the Role

Join a team where your attention to detail and hands-on work make a real impact! As a Packer, you'll help ensure our high-quality plastic products are packaged with care and ready to ship worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
• Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
• Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
• Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred.
• An attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
