The Impact You Will Make In This Role

• Match materials to orders and accurately pack finished goods in the appropriate containers to meet customer and shipping requirements.
• Operate label printers and packaging equipment to support efficient and accurate packaging operations.
• Ensure completed orders are processed and delivered to the shipping department on time to meet shipment schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for materials relocated for packaging, monitor packaging supply levels, and support overall material organization.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while complying with all Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

Your Skills And Expertise

• Must possess a High School diploma/GED, or equivalent, (completed and verified prior to start).
• One (1) year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar industrial/labor experience.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including second and third shifts, with potential shift rotations based on operational needs.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter and review information in company systems.
• Demonstrated reliability through a stable work history and strong attendance record.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as business needs require.
