Job Summary
Mi Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our MI Profiles team in Millersburg, PA. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7pm – 7am with possible mandatory overtime as required. The Packer position starting pay is: $21 per hour plus $2 Shift Differential for night shift.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the following commitments are met and improved upon: On-Time Delivery, Damages, and Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping
- Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- One plus year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly and/or Manufacturing
- Must have mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition/subtraction
- May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds
Qualifications
- Must have one plus year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly and/or Manufacturing
- Must have mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition/subtraction
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted

Pay
