Packer - 1st & 3rd Shifts - Millersburg, PA

About the role

MI Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our MI Profiles team in Millersburg, PA. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7pm – 7am with possible mandatory overtime as required.

Pay

The Packer position starting pay is: $21 per hour plus $2 Shift Differential for night shift.

Schedule

• Day shift: 7am – 7pm, rolling schedule with 2 days on and 2 days off
• Night shift: 7pm – 7am, rolling schedule with 2 days on and 2 days off

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery, minimize damages, and meet units per employee hour targets
• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures

• Perform warehouse duties including prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, hand dexterity, and strength
• Frequently lift up to 75 pounds

Requirements

• One year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to compute basic math problems including fractions, addition, and subtraction
• Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
