Packaging Technician

Pay

Starting at $25.75 per hour with scheduled increases, plus a shift premium of $1.50–$3.00 per hour and progressive pay increases. Monthly incentive bonus opportunities are also offered.

Schedule

Open shift, Friday – Sunday, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am (shift premium $3.00/hour).

Open shift, Monday – Thursday, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am (shift premium $1.50/hour).

Responsibilities

• Package metal products according to customer specifications.
• Safely move material throughout the production area using a forklift or overhead crane.
• Work as part of a team to produce high‑quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work the listed evening/night shifts.
• Forklift or crane experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to pass a hair‑analysis drug test and background check.
• Demonstrated CARE qualities: Capable, Accountable, Responsible, Ethical.
