About the role
A Packaging Tech 2 plays a key role in supporting bottling operations by safely operating production equipment and maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing routine quality checks, and responding to changing operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Safely operate production equipment
- Monitor equipment and perform routine quality checks
- Respond to changing operational needs
- Contribute to standard work processes, job aids, and operational procedures
- Engage on the production floor by multitasking and assisting with improvement initiatives
- Support day-to-day production success by loading glass, performing data entry, and participating in improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years' experience in beverage production, manufacturing, or operations
- Able to regularly lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs
- Able to repetitively lift and uncase glass cases onto a conveyer belt
- Work any assigned shift (day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10)
- Work weekends and overtime when necessary
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems
- Comply with company GMP policies
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers
- Travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years' experience in beverage production, manufacturing, or operations
- Show versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Show experience operating a forklift
- Show experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Pay
$19.96 - $26.90 per hour
Schedule
First shift - 4:45am-3:15 pm - Monday-Thursday & Second shift 3:00p-1:30a
