Packaging Technician

Main Duties

• Pack and label products efficiently and precisely.
• Aid in packaging of smoked products.
• Assist with packaging of fresh meats.
• Separate and monitor cut sheets per individual orders.
• Check labels for accuracy.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Work Environment

• Exposure to extreme cold temperatures.
• Exposure to blood.
• Exposure to excessive moisture.
• Exposure to machine noise.

Skills and Experience Needed for Success

• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• One year experience in factory setting preferred but not required.
• Experience with fulfillment of orders.
• Be able to stand for 10 hours per day.
