Packaging Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitary standards throughout preparation, set‑up, and operation of assigned jobs while meeting high‑quality packaging specifications in a safe work environment.
• Continuously work toward improvement of quality in all operations.
• Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect product defects.
• Perform job duties within established quality control guidelines of SOPs and cGMP.
• Complete all job‑related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness of work space, equipment, and materials at all times.
• Perform cleaning duties of workspace to maintain sanitary conditions.

Requirements

• Experience running packaging or production equipment.
• Comfortable operating machines and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Pay

Increased wages and shift differentials for 2026; pay increases as you advance in the Proficiency Program every 4‑6 months.

Schedule

2nd shift: 3:00 pm – 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday.
