Responsibilities

• Coordinate job assignments and workflow of Packaging Operators
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor on packaging needs for production equipment
• Ensure all lines are adequately supplied with materials (e.g., foil, cartons, trays)
• Assist Packaging Operators to ensure smooth workflow
• Set up and operate multiple types of packaging equipment, including carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters, top closers, and palletization equipment
• Ensure labels correctly match the product in facilities where manual labeling is required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably within the plastics industry

• Technical understanding (manufacturing and IT)
• Strong knowledge-sharing and training skills
