Packaging Production Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on mockup production for CPG packaging, primarily small cosmetic boxes
• Perform hand comp work, including cutting, assembling, folding, and finishing physical mockups
• Print, trim and construct packaging mockups across multiple programs and brands
• Collaborate onsite with the team to align on specifications and production needs
• Collaborate closely with Design Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in physical mockup production, packaging comps, or production artistry
• Background in CPG packaging, ideally within beauty or cosmetics
• Strong hands-on skills in cutting, folding, and assembling
• Experience with printing and preparing production ready materials
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
