About the role
Purpose of Job: Package aluminum oxide powder for delivery to customers. Stage and store pallet of material to support operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Operate packaging equipment including Forklifts, Barrel dumpers and pallet wrappers under direction of Supervisor
- Safely operate a forklift within operational and warehouse buildings
- Handle Aluminum Oxide Powder
- Accurately complete logs and collect samples for quality lab
- Follow company policies and site Standard Operating Procedures
- Safely work in environments that may be load, hot and/or dusty
Formal Education
High School / School Diploma or similar
Working Experience
6 months + experience in a warehouse / manufacturing / mining / construction or landscaping role prefered
Required Personal / Professional Skills
- Proficiency in native-level English
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs
- Must be able to wear respirator
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 52 lbs
