Responsibilities

• Feeding cases to the Dyna Pak COP system or Dyna Pak Attendants as required.
• Hand palletizing of product as needed.
• Applying stretch wrap material, meta stacking aids, and banding as required.
• Keeping packaging areas clean and sanitary.
• Performing downtime cleanups as directed.
• Placing and removing totes under bulk off chutes and out of cold boxes as needed.
• Ensuring proper procedures are used in bulk totes (clean liners, lids, belly bands, etc.).
• Assisting in proper manifesting of bulk and cased goods as needed.
• Placing cases on pallets in designated patterns, stretching wrap on pallets, placing stacking aids, and banding them as required.
• Performing miscellaneous duties associated with cased product (removing damaged cases, gluing loose flaps, reworking light weights, etc.).

Requirements

• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Manual dexterity and ability to safely use cleaning equipment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work in adverse conditions (extreme cold and heat, extreme wet, within closed surroundings).
• Pass a 30-shift sanitation training period.

• Pay rate or range: $18.89 per hour.
