Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our Production Department.

Responsibilities

• Performs machine set-ups, changeovers, and operates equipment
• Ensures all printed codes or labels are legible and correct with the production schedule
• Troubleshoots as needed to identify and correct problems that may cause downtime and/or waste
• Provides training to new or transferring Packaging Operators
• Enters accurate data into computer
• Performs daily and weekending clean up duties
• Demonstrates workplace behavior consistent with company policies and values
• Uses good communication skills to accomplish work tasks
• Maintains good attendance as defined by company and/or department policy
• Practices good personal hygiene and maintains a clean work area
• Demonstrates a commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
• Demonstrates a commitment to the safety of our products

Preferred Qualifications

Pay

$20.47-$23.82 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus $2/hr. premium for hours worked on 3rd shift.

Schedule

3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday, (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
