Packaging Operator III *
Responsibilities
Operate automated assembly machines to pack out products
Maintain quality standards and safety standards
Utilize 3M Computer systems to track production and packaging cycles
Maintain communication with production coworkers and supervisors regarding production performance
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Work Rotating Shifts, Overtime, Extended Hours, Weekends, Holidays as needed, and short notice shift coverage
- Minimum two (2) months of operating production machinery or CNC equipment
Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge
- Six months to one year of experience working with production machinery or CNC equipment

Pay
The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.46. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
