Packaging Operator III*

About the Role

As a Packaging Operator III, you will operate automated assembly machines to pack out products, maintaining quality standards and safety standards. You will utilize 3M Computer systems to track production and packaging cycles, and maintain communication with production coworkers and supervisors regarding production performance.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Work Rotating Shifts, Overtime, Extended Hours, Weekends, Holidays as needed, and short notice shift coverage
• Minimum two (2) months of operating production machinery or CNC equipment in a private, public, government or military environment
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application

Preferred Skills

• Basic computer knowledge
• 6 months to 1 year of experience working with production machinery or CNC equipment

Pay

Starting rate: $20.46 per hour + shift differentials. Full-time positions available on 2nd & 3rd shifts.
