Responsibilities
- Assemble and Package Medical Products
- Read and interpret product specifications, work instructions, and blueprints.
- Verify components for correct count, quantity, and revision level.
- Clean components in preparation for packaging.
- Assemble products using processes such as bonding, winding, crimping, pressing, splitting, cutting, and similar manufacturing techniques.
- Generate and apply labels to properly identify products and materials.
- Operate packaging equipment and seal products using various heat-sealing machines and packaging materials including Tyvek, Mylar, PET, PEG, foil, non-sterile plastics, blister trays, pouches, and form-fill-seal systems.
- Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Box and package products for shipment to sterilization facilities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to maintain product quality and traceability.
- Absorb and communicate training to new or less experienced employees.
- Partner with Quality and Materials teams to trim, sort, inspect, and rework components when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an organized work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational, technical education, or equivalent military experience preferred.
- Previous clean room, manufacturing, or medical device packaging experience preferred.
- Experience working in a regulated production environment is a plus.

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift, depending on assignment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the shift, depending on assignment.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions associated with assembly and packaging activities.

- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and job hazard assessments applicable to assigned job activities.
- Participate in required medical evaluations and training programs related to job responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
