The Packaging Operator role supports our Supply Chain team. Key responsibilities include:
- Unloading tankers, bins, drums
- Driving forklift, pallet jack, floor scrubber
- Cleaning, sanitation, material handling
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Verifying quality standards
- Maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance
- Participating in cycle counts and physical inventories
- Maintaining good manufacturing practices and safety
- Complying with plant programs and initiatives
The Perfect Blend
- Minimum 3 years recent work experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably as a machine operator or warehouse operator
- Basic math and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (WinSPC, WMS, Zarpac, HMI)
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate equipment safely
- Forklift certification and ability to pass plant assessment
Foundational Ingredients
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Located in City of Industry, CA or willing to relocate
- Able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Pay
The hourly pay for this position is $24.70.
