About the role

The Packaging Operator is responsible for loading and unloading materials from various machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery to load and unload materials accurately.
• Monitor production levels and adjust as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on packaging equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating packaging machinery.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
