Responsibilities

  • Administer machine operations to accomplish production objectives.
  • Set up, fill, and operate packaging equipment as required.
  • Adjust dials, gauges, photo eyes, torque, labelers, tape machines, date coders, weigh scales, and related equipment to positively affect production operations.
  • Assemble cartons, pour/package products at required quantities, and label cartons/containers according to shop order packaging instructions.
  • Identify production problems (current and potential) and advise corrective actions.
  • Ensure the Production Supervisor or Shift Leader is advised of problems or concerns.
  • Obtain input from Chemical Operator, Shift Leader, Production Team Leader, and/or Plant Supervisor for daily tasks based on schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s).
  • Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $45.76. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Employees may also be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
