Packaging Operator (4:00 pm to 4:00 am) - 2-2-3 rotating shift (Working every other weekend)

Responsibilities

• Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
• Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demands.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and Quality specifications during packaging.
• Inspect in-process packaging and components for consistency and remove defective items.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Assist with simple mathematical calculations and batch record completion.
• Participate in inventory counting activities as needed.
• Engage in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations.
• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
• Absorb and comply with personal protective equipment and product contamination control requirements.
• Handle hazardous waste appropriately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Good documentation practices.
• Flexible scheduling ability, including static or rotating shifts and overtime.
• Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functions.
• Basic mathematical calculation capability.
