Responsibilities
- Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
- Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demands.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and Quality specifications during packaging.
- Inspect in-process packaging and components for consistency and remove defective items.
- Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
- Assist with simple mathematical calculations and batch record completion.
- Participate in inventory counting activities as needed.
- Engage in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations.
- Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
- Absorb and comply with personal protective equipment and product contamination control requirements.
- Handle hazardous waste appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Good documentation practices.
- Flexible scheduling ability, including static or rotating shifts and overtime.
- Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functions.
- Basic mathematical calculation capability.
