Packaging Operator (4:00 pm to 4:00 am) - 2-2-3 rotating shift (Working every other weekend)

Responsibilities

• Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
• Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demands.
• Ensure packaging consistency and quality by inspecting in-process packaging and removing defective products and materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Assist with simple mathematical calculations and inventory counting as needed.
• Participate in safety audits and engage in daily safety discussions/observations.
• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
• Adhere to personal protective equipment and product contamination control protocols.
• Handle hazardous waste as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 6 months of relevant industry work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good documentation practices.
• Flexible work schedule, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functions.
• Basic mathematical calculation ability.
