Packaging Machine Operator/Order Puller

Key Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately and prepare them for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate sorting and packaging machines to pack parts efficiently.
• Drive both a stand up and sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Sometimes load and unload product in and out of trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Required Skills

• Experience pulling orders for shipments.
• Ability to operate multiple sorting and packaging machines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts and orders.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move parts as required.
