About This Position

The Access SecurePak Picker/Packer earns a $100 weekly production/attendance bonus. The role operates a voice-directed headset system to pick, pack, and prepare orders, working four days a week from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Operate a voice-directed headset system to receive, confirm, and execute order-picking instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Navigate the warehouse floor using established pick paths to select correct products by SKU, size, color, and quantity.
• Pack customer orders using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring products are secure and protected from damage.
• Apply shipping labels and verify label data matches the order record.
• Stage completed, labeled orders in designated dock or shipping lanes, organized by carrier, route, or shipment priority.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing station and work area.
• Replenish packing supplies at your station to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
• Operate manual equipment and communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
• Support additional warehouse functions as directed.

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions through a headset (English or Spanish).
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a warehouse, picker/packer, or order fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
