Packaging Machine Operator III- 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Work with meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Perform essential production tasks and support coworkers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and teamwork standards are met daily.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain a safe, efficient production line.
• Deliver good food responsibly and make a real impact.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Willingness and ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
• Standing on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift.
• Working around animal blood and/or carcass parts, knives (if trained), in cold and/or warm areas, in wet and humid environments, and around strong smells/odors.
• Climbing/moving on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways and platforms, bending, stooping, and twisting repetitively over the course of an entire shift.
• Walking long distances.
