Packaging Floor Lead

About the role

Assist the Packaging Supervisor by:

• Ensuring daily packaging objectives are achieved and departments are running efficiently
• Ensuring all packaging activities are compliant with cGMPs, SOPs, and safety policies
• Reviewing and verifying that all packaging documents are completed in accordance with Company/FDA policies and procedures
• Working directly and supporting all personnel to ensure departmental success
• Assisting with difficult machine trouble shooting
• Assisting with equipment repair and/or replacement
• Alerting the Packaging Supervisor of quality issues and assisting with QA investigations and corrective actions are implemented
• Acknowledge new employee training completion and certification (where applicable)
• Maintain a professional and safe work environment
• Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and lead/supervisor
• Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations
• Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff
