About the role

The Packaging Associate position at Novolex, located in Malvern, AR, plays a crucial role in supporting the operation team by feeding material into machines, inspecting product for defects, and packing finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration
• Notifies supervisors of quality issues as they arise
• Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product
• Maintains good housekeeping practices
• Able to work safely in a fast pace environment
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions

Schedule

Available Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts from 07:00 am-07:00 pm and 07:00 pm-07:00 am.
