Packaging Associate

About the role

Packaging associate responsible for packing finished product in accordance with standard packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company packing procedures and standards.
• Follow packing schedule as directed by Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and updated inventory.
• Keep Packing Room and common areas organized, clean, and pristine to optimize production efficiency.
• Comply with GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines in accordance with company and government agency policies.
• Communicate with Supervisor about any improvements to SOPs and strictly adhere to these practices.
• Perform work in a quality fashion.
• Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with cannabis-related equipment.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment.
• 40-hour minimum work week.
• Flexible availability for work hours, including willingness to work weekends and holidays if needed.
